How secure is my personal information given to this site?Any information provided is stored on an ecrypted database held centrally in the UK. Only those that have need for your personal information will have access, such as the client onboarding team when setting up the account and performing the required director ID checks. Your information is not passed on to third parties and you have the right to be removed from any of our databases at any time.

By opening an account what obligations am I under?When you open an account with us you are under no-obligations whatsoever to use our services. We do hope that once open you will give us a test by quoting as we are confident that once you see the competitive pricing and easy to use systems then you will utlise us for your FX needs.

How long does it take for my account to be open?We look to have an account open for you within 24-48 hours, but this may take longer if we have to request additional information during the onboarding prcess, for example if we need to further unravel a company's shareholding. If you need to have urgent access to an account then once you have completed the online application please contact us on either info@leapfxg.com or 0207 164 6170 and we shall escalate your application.
